Juan Rubio-Ríos

I am a PhD at the Biology and Geology Department of the University of Almería focused on the assessment of the potential effects of the current and forecasted increasing aridity on food webs of low-order streams through changes in the quality of leaf litter inputs and/or in riparian communities composition. Now assessing interactive effects of invasive species on stream ecosystems.

PI of the INVASORIAN project 🍃.

Collaborator of the GLoBE network 🌍 and the Iberian River observatory 💧.

Member of the Andalusian Centre for the Global Change - Hermelindo Castro (ENGLOBA) 🌡️.
